The EveryWhereMoney Account is offered by Banque Invik SA in Luxembourg, in Europe. Banque Invik operates under the strict guidelines of Luxembourg's financial controlling body, and is a member of the Association of Banks and Bankers of Luxembourg.

How do I activate my card with Internet access?
- Enter the 13 digit card number found on the back of your card
- Enter the 6 digit activation key found on the front of your pamphlet
- Follow the online instructions
- Complete the Achnowledgement of Receipt Form and return it to your sales location or directly to Banque Invik*
* Failure to send us the completed and signed form together with a copy of your passport or valid id within 15 days following your card activation, may result in your card being deactivated.
VERY IMPORTANT:Choose a password which you can easily remember but which is not obvious to others (we recommend your mother's maiden name). NEVER select a password that is the same as your PIN code!
You will be asked for your details whenever you:
- check your balance online
- load or reload your card
- access emergency services

How do I fund my card account?
There are two possibilities:
- by bank transfer
- by using your credit card online
- Enter the 13 digit card number found on the back of the EveryWhereMoneyTM Card.
- Enter your date of birth and your password.
- Enter the amount you want to load, and the 16 digit number and expiration date of your credit card.
- Enter the 3 digit code which you can find on the signature panel of your credit card. That's it!

How do I load or reload my card without Internet
access?
Please be aware that it can take up to five working days for money transfers to appear on your EveryWhereMoneyTM account.
Wire the amount that you would like to load onto your EveryWhereMoneyTM account to one of the following bank accounts, depending on the currency of your EveryWhereMoneyTM account.IMPORTANT :

How do I check my balance or print the history or my transactions?
Most ATM provide the balance on your EveryWhereMoney™ Card. Check your ATM receipt. Alternatively go to www.EveryWhereMoney.com and check your account status online or print the history of transactions. In case you don't have internet access, and the ATM is not an option, simply call the toll free number as indicated on the cover of your pamphlet.

How can I order a
replacement card?
Make sure your card is blocked by calling the emergency services. For a replacement card and PIN, call Banque Invik during office hours or write to questions@EveryWhereMoney.com.
How can I transfer money from my EWM card to another EWM card?Check with your local sales agent if your EveryWhereMoneyTM account is eligible for this service.
EveryWhereMoneyTM Card2Card transfers are allowed within the limits of the EveryWheerMoenyTM account and are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Banque Invik S.A. Luxembourg EveryWhereMoneyTM Card2Card transfers require that both EveryWhereMoneyTM accounts are held in the same currency.
The sender needs to enter the recipients EveryWhereMoneyTM account number as well as the recipients Date Of Birth. An email confirmation will be send to both, the sender and the recipient. The sender will sign the transfer order with his password and agrees and accepts irrevocably the conditions as stipulated under the General Terms and Conditions. A properly authorized and executed transfer can not be cancelled or reversed.
Can I use my EWM card for
internet purchases?
Depending on what type of card you have,
you can activate your card on the Internet to use for Internet
purchases. You do this by using the main menu and clicking on the
link "Active payment function for Internet". A 16-digit number, a
3-digit CVV2 code and expire date for the will appear which is used
for internet payments.
OBSERVE: If you can not find
the alternative Active payment function for Internet" on the menu
for your account when you are logged in, the service is not
available for your card. Cards with this function can not be
ordered, but are offered through specified partners.
What is a CVV2 code?
The CVV2 code is a 3
digit code which is printed on the signature panel of payment cards.
EWM does not have a CVV2 code printed on the card. The EWM related
CVV2 code is only available to the cardholder via the main menu.
Why are my transactions made with
a CVV2 code secure?
In case of EWM, the CVV2 code is not
displayed on the card. This code is only known by the cardholder and
can be seen as his digital signature whenever making a transaction
on-line.
What are the charges for
on-line purchases made with the EWM card?
On-line purchases
are free of charge just like any ordinary transaction at the
high-street merchant.
